| Peter A Harris Mr. Harris grew up in the Wykagyl section of New Rochelle, and his mother, Marie Harris, sold many Wykagyl Gardens apartments in the 1980's. Currently a resident of Bronxville Terrace Cooperative in Bronxville, Mr. Harris has been on the Board of Directors of the Corporation for 18 years, and Board President for 9 years. He has participated in all facets of managing a cooperative including underlying mortgage refinancing, construction management, budgeting and day-to-day operations.
Mr. Harris has almost 25 years experience in the real estate field. Currently he is an Associate Broker with Houlihan Lawrence. He has been fortunate to achieve numerous sales recognitions, including multiple Emerald Awards, awarded to the top 30 out of 1,000 agents in Houlihan Lawrence. He is also a top sales producer in his office, and is regularly the #1 broker in cooperative sales.
Prior experience includes Pricewaterhousecoopers LLP, where Mr. Harris worked in the Real Estate Consulting and Litigation Group. Mr. Harris created damages models, worked on real estate litigation assignments, and consulted with corporate clients. Mr. Harris was formerly the Director of Real Estate at Landauer Real Estate Counselors, Inc., an internationally respected Real Estate Consulting firm. He also had a national valuation practice at Joseph J. Blake and Associates, one of the oldest commercial real estate valuation firms in the country.
Mr. Harris holds a Bachelor's Degree from Ithaca College.
| Kevin W. Callinan
A resident of Wykagyl Gardens Cooperative in New Rochelle, Mr. Callinan has twenty years experience in the accounting, real estate and financial fields.
Currently Mr. Callinan is the Controller for DCI-DSA, a national route distribution company headquartered in White Plains. Previously, he was the Eastern Regional Assistant Controller for Sotheby's International Realty. At this position, Mr. Callinan supervised the mergers of numerous companies into Sotheby's.
Prior experience includes Accounting Supervision of a $300 million dollar real estate portfolio for Sumitomo Corporation, and Cash Management for the Associated Press.
Mr. Callinan holds a bachelors degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Manhattan College.
